Booked a trip from Birmingham to Leicester tru the app which was clear to follow and payed ahead and got all confirmations details on my email and text which is great. The driver called to confirm he was on is way and arrived on time having a clear communication to find us.The driver was very welcoming and friendly . Had a pleasant trip would recommend .

We have just had the best experience ever of a taxi service. Picked up from Birmingham airport at 8 pm waiting for an hour after a very slow baggage claim . Then onto the M6 for short journey to Leicester BUT serious crash ahead so M6 closed. No one allowed through until road cleared and safe at 4.15 am and arrived home at 6am. Amazing driver was very professional throughout our 8 hour wait. He took care of us sand made us as comfortable as possible in the circumstances. He offered us water and kept us warm. Can’t thank him enough. !!

Rang for a taxi. Was told fully booked even before I gave a date which was 4 days away! Plus it was an airport run which they failed to ask. Don’t waste your time calling these!!!! Oadby/wigston branch.

Booked and paid at 14.43, Rang at 16.12, told it was 2 minutes away, text at 16.26 to say dispatched, rang 16.36 to say it hadn't arrived. Phone rang out, rang again answered and told it was 1 minute away so stood outside and it turned up at 16.47. Driver was lovely, a very smooth driver and car very nice and clean. He saved the rating at 2, would have been a 1 otherwise as I hate being lied to us. HINT: I paid in advance, did this have something to do with shoddy service?

I booked a taxi today to go to the coach station. The online booking system is very straightforward. I got a quote, cheaper than other companies. Almost as Uber, but with an opportunity to book in advance. Payed in advance with paypal.The car is good and a friendly driver. Highly recommended

I booked a taxi 6 days in advance for a Saturday night pick up and received a confirmatory text. On travelling to our destination I thought I would just check the pick up details only to be told by the opertator that our taxi had been cancelled! I was told by the operator that a text had been sent to me but on checking my phone no such text or message had been received. Totally unprofessional and absolutely appalling service. Use this taxi service at your peril.

I think your employees need to be taught some manners and told that customer satisfaction is majorly important for a business. I shouldn't be addressed to as matey or mate. End of.

The service is alright although sometimes it takes long to dispatch the cab. Fair prices. However the last driver who too me almost had an accident. Not happy about that.

As a visitor to Leicester i had to attend an event at National Space Centre, I decided to use A&B taxi. I was completely satisfied with their service,the driver was on time - well presented ,polite,respectful,told me a little about Leicester,we had a discussion about cricket! A very high class reasonable cost taxi ride, I would definitely recommend this company to any visitor or local Well Done

Best taxi I've had in my life driver was sound and had no problems with helping taking us to a second destination with a stop in the middle of the journey would happily have paid double if we had him again would 100% recommend you lot ??
